Overview
The success of the book ‘The Golden Temple of Amritsar: Reflections of the Past (1808-1959)’, led to The Hallmark Group in 2013 working in in association with the UK Punjab Heritage Association to select key personalities and events in Sikh history to be re-created as limited edition heritage stamps.
Juga Singh was asked to provide five object images of the 'Toor Collection' (a private collection of Punjab related art) to be minted in 24c gold plated Swiss silver for the Hallmark's 'Warm & Rich & Fearless: The Sikh Collection'. Additionally Juga photographed the pack-shot of the presentation box surrounded by objects from the Toor Collection and provided supporting archive imagery for marketing materials which included region targeted brochures and promotional video.
The Hallmark Sikh Collection was presented to Theresa May, Home Secretary at the 2014 British Sikh Association Annual Dinner at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London.
